Please take the following actions to prevent consumer illness:

·      Immediately examine your inventory and quarantine the product. In addition, if you have further distributed this product, please identify your downstream customers and notify them at once of this product recall. 

·      Remove and destroy products from your stores and warehouses and cease any further distribution of the products.

·      If you re-label, re-pack, or use these Salad Kits to produce new products, please contact your FDA Recall Coordinator or regulator https://www.fda.gov/safety/industry-guidance-recalls/oii-recall-coordinators for further guidance and to help determine any potential further actions that may need to be taken, including issuing your own recall notification.
