Wayne Farms announced today, in coordination with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), an expansion of the voluntary recall of fully cooked fire grilled chicken breast products produced from 2.9.2022 to 4.30.2022 involving potentially undercooked product. A thorough review of our processes revealed opportunities for production process improvements and there have been no reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of the products. Wayne Farms initiated the recall in an abundance of caution following shipment.

All products involved are produced at the Wayne Farms Prepared Foods East facility, P-20214, located at 112 Plugs Drive, Decatur, AL 35601

Classification of this expanded recall is a Class 1 recall.
